Space Electromechanical Works
Established in 1997, this is the parent company of the group and a recognized name in MEP contracting and electromechanical services throughout the UAE.

Space Developers Building Contracting
Founded in 2017, the company may be relatively new, but it has already completed over 150 construction projects across Dubai, demonstrating rapid growth and operational excellence.

Space FM
Launched in 2012, Space FM specializes in Facilities Management and AMC services, currently managing over 200 active Annual Maintenance Contracts across Dubai and other Emirates.

The group is powered by a dedicated workforce of over 24 qualified engineers and more than 400 skilled technicians and workers, many of whom bring over 20 years of experience in the GCC, along with valuable international expertise.

This depth of experience, combined with a commitment to quality and innovation, enables SPACE GROUP to consistently deliver successful projects across diverse sectors—including residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments.

At present, Space Group has been certified as an ISO 9001: 2008 on 18th April 2017 and Space Electrical Distribution Boards Manufacturing LLC has been certified as an ISO 9001: 2008 on 27th July 2017 by IIC.
